Thoughts from the people I’ve worked with.
Worked with Lui @ Medlify
Lui is the most resourceful and technically advanced Lead Product Designer ever.
Her understanding of the SDLC and logical thinking expose her engineering background. These skills are essential but rare at a time when the roles in software development are expected to collaborate and communicate in very similar language.
I wish I could work with Lui all my career, but I'm sure she will fly to heights bigger than myself one day.
Worked with Lui @ BV Bank
I met Lui at BV bank, she arrived as Product Designer to work in the vehicles and insurance squad. The challenge was huge as there were several initiatives going on in parallel and she arrived organizing the projects, helping the POs prioritize the workflow and documenting the deliverables.
Lui is an extremely agile, creative and skilled person with design tools, she manages to resolve things very quickly. Besides being an empathetic, transparent, partner and dedicated person.

As a Product Designer, she was able to analyze the journey of gas station users and propose solutions to improve the customer fueling experience here in Brazil, showing seniority through all stages of the project. She also created data monitoring panels and a performance monitoring tool for each of our retail partners, that were highly praised by everyone in the company.
It would be a pleasure to work again with Lui on any project.

Lui was part of one of my teams where she played a great role in the bank's main product. She was always very curious, close and connected with the team, she was always looking for solutions and the best way to design and defend her points of view.
Her great qualifications are linked to UX and UI design, motion design, organization of complex contexts, among others. Always happy and with a smile on her face, she infects the team with a good culture of sharing. I would like to have her on my team again.
