Holiday Finder is a travel booking platform by We Are Move, created to unify flights and hotels into one smooth, personalized experience. The platform powers over 28 million travel combinations, serves more than 2 million users annually, and helps travelers save over 200,000 hours in search time.
As part of the design team, I contributed to the UX strategy and brand evolution — focusing on clarity, speed, and consistency. I also worked on custom partner flows, including the travel package interface for Aegean Airlines, ensuring alignment with each partner’s identity while maintaining a unified system.
This project taught me how to systems that flex across brands, teams, and business models. I saw firsthand how small UX decisions — like default sorting or visibility of filters — had significant impact at scale. It also strengthened my skill in balancing performance, design consistency, and business partnerships in fast-paced environments.
